This is the talk from our recent Bring Your Friends to Church Sunday, which ended a special week of events at emmanuelchurch. This is as good an introduction to Christianity as you’ll get anywhere. Straightforward answers to the big questions of who Jesus is, what he came to do, and what it means to follow him. And all told without spin.

New Podcast

Podcast LogoThe Emmanuel Sermons are now available as a podcast.  We want as many people as possible to have easy access to sound Bible teaching.  We’ll try and keep it updated to include at least the four most recent sermons.

The latest talks will still be available right here on our blog, so don’t worry if you don’t use podcast.  But with this extra feature people will be able to download Bible talks straight onto their ipods.

You can either subscribe from within your itunes program.  (Search the podcast directory for ‘Emmanuel Church’ or find us under ‘Christianity’)  If you use another program, you can subscribe to our feed by clicking here.  If you have any questions, please email us.

air is our Friday youth night for 12-18s using the same giant inflatables as Wacky World, and again in the main hall at BHSCC … but it’s all without your little brother or sister!

There’ll be lots of time to hang out with mates, plus a short talk that will be visual, entertaining and telling it straight.

‘air’ has got the coolest invitation cards of them all: pick up loads any Sunday at Emmanuel and invite loads of friends.
