new to nottingham

We love Bramcote.  Nottingham is a great city and Bramcote is a fantastic area to live in.  Friendly people, beautiful parks, great schools, near to the university, good links into the city centre…

But, like any area, if you’ve just moved here it can feel a bit daunting.  Churches are a great place to make friends and meet new people.  We’d love to welcome you to one of our Sunday services.  You’ll find a relaxed atmosphere and a chance to chat over coffee and cake, as well as hear from the Bible.  If you need any help finding your bearings in the area, people would love to help you so just ask.

If you have pre-school aged kids, come along to Pebbles Plus.  It’s our group for children under 5 and their carers.  You’ll find plenty of friendly faces there.  We meet at Hanley Avenue Scout Hut from 10am to 11:30am on Wednesdays.  Head over to our upcoming events page to find our calendar, where you can make sure it’s happening this week.  Click here to find a map.

If you want to find out more about what’s on in the local area, take a look at Bramcote Today.  Nottingham City Council also has a good ‘What’s On’ page with details of events throughout the region.

We hope you feel settled in the area soon and if there’s anything we can do to help with that or you’d like someone to talk to, get in touch with us via our contact page and we’ll get back to you.
